Our dog beds, crate pads, crate covers, and all of our products are hand made in Greenwich, Connecticut. After each of our products are crafted, we package them up and send them out for your best friend’s enjoyment.
Shipping Policy
Most items are ready to ship within 10-21 days, larger custom-sized beds may require more time. Shipments will be made by US Postal Mail, FedEx, and UPS. This will be determined by the weight of the product and which warehouse it will be shipping from. We will ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and US possessions whenever possible. A physical address may be required if we have to ship via UPS or FedEx. Please contact us with any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
