A little about Elaine
Where it all began...
It was Chelsea – Elaine’s ruby Cavalier that inspired her to design a luxury dog bed that ticked off all the boxes she felt were important: baby-soft fabrics; double-stitching; reversible (like 2 beds in one); safe, one-piece construction; enough stuffing to survive the ‘squish’ test & best of all a shape that mimicked your pups’ favorite curled up sleeping position – no digging required! And, of course, it also had to look good! And so, in 2004, with the help of her then partner Judy McAuliff, the Puppy Hugger C-shape dog bed was born. Before long the dynamic duo introduced beds in all shapes & sizes, & a full line of luxury pet accessories including pet blankets, crate pads and pet carrier inserts.
