Shipping Policy

Most products will leave the facility within 2 business days. Shipments will be made by US Postal Mail, FedEx, and UPS. This will be determined by the weight of the product and which warehouse it will be shipping from. We will ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and US possessions whenever possible. A physical address may be required if we have to ship via UPS or FedEx. Please contact us with any special requests and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Return Policy

Returns are permitted. You must contact us within 5 days of the date you actually receive the product to obtain a return authorization number.

All returns are subject to inspection. Packaging and item must be undamaged and suitable for resale. Original packing slip/receipt must be included with return.

All products have warranties from the manufacturer. If there are any quality issues or defects, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty info and repairs.
